Ties by Ms. T

I was walking West on Traction Ave. earlier today. I noticed these ties tied to a giant pole:

I looked to the left and I noticed some more on Hewitt St:

I only noticed those two poles.

I was graffiti hunting as usual.. When I found this..
What an interesting concept....
You know even more interesting is that fact that the ad on the web page right across from her face on the right is for downtown LA lofts....
