  Love and Sushi is the Answer
I found this the other day by Zip Fusion (I wonder if the establishment will choose to keep it?):

It has been running for over a month, so I think they have.

Zip Fusion has been waiting to paint over the North wall filled with tagging, and the paste ups. The city has offered, but the blue paint they use won't match.

The neighborhood for the most part feels the works have merit, but it has gotten out of control. Now taggers are following the street artists in.
